Q. How secure is the site?
A. The site is hosted on secure servers with password security using 128 bit encryption on a secure socket level.
Q. Where is the information stored?
A. The information is hosted on servers having 99.99% uptime and are backed up on a daily basis.
Q. Can we store the information on our own server?
A. No, part of the service includes providing the system resilience and this includes our software and hardware maintenance. By including these services we can provide a higher level of service without relying on the end user to commit their time and resources.
Q. Can we add our own logo?
A. Yes, we provide the facility to brand the site with your own corporate identity.
Q. Is there a limit on the amount of Distribution Boards we can add?
A. No, there is no limit, although we may need to advise you on how best to structure the information on large capacity sites.
Q. Is there a limit on the amount of information we can add?
A. No, there is not limit to the amount of data that can be added or stored.
Q. Who uploads the information?
A. Anyone who has been authorized to do so, and has the correct access levels.
Q. Can you provide an administration service as well as the software?
A. Yes, we can provide a cost for a variety of maintenance levels.
Q. Can you provide the resources to survey all of our sites, scan the existing documentation and add it all to the Infinity site?
A. Yes, we can provide a service to survey, or gather existing documentation and create an information database.
Q. Where can I view the site from?
A. An internet enabled PC or Laptop. You simply need a web browser, internet connection, user name and password.
Q. What back up is there if I am having trouble navigating the site?
A. We provide telephone support helpline and our site has extensive help files.
Q. What happens to the historical information?
A. All historical data is stored and can be viewed by the system administrator. We can also archive data from the system when required.
Q. Who can view my information?
A. Access to view or upload information is controlled via the user name and passwords.
Q. What are the different access levels and what do they allow you to do?
A. There are two levels of access, which allow you to either view only or upload and administer the site.
Q. If the testing has to be cancelled or rescheduled how do I report this and advise others?
A. When a test date is cancelled, the user will be given an option to generate a cancellation report. If a report is generated a further option allows the user to email the report to others.
Q. If some defects are found during testing how do we report this and advise others?
A. Defects and remedial works reports once input into the system can be emailed to others.
Q. How do I identify if there are any remedial works and what their status is?
A. Remedial works, once input into the system, are identified by a red or orange screwdriver. The green screwdriver denotes that remedial works are completed with a green screwdriver denoting remedial works are outstanding. There is a facility to view remedial works by distribution board or all the remedial works for the whole site.
